Refund Policy

1. Standard fee
The 1 US$ participation fee is non-refundable once your photo has been approved and published in the collage, as the service is considered fully delivered at that point.
2. Refund eligibility
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided your photo has not yet been approved. To request a refund, email legal@addyourface.com.
3. Technical rejections
If your photo is rejected due to a technical issue on our end (e.g. processing error), you will receive a full refund automatically. You will be notified by email.
4. Policy rejections
If your photo is rejected for violating our Terms of Service (e.g. inappropriate content), no refund will be issued.
