Hi, my name's Chris and I live in London with my husband and two cats. I love taking and looking at photographs, and art in general, and am constantly amazed at the skills and imagination shown by the contributors to various websites. I learnt photography the old-fashioned way, and for years developed my own films and made prints in my darkroom (mono and colour). I have a lot to learn about digital manipulation, but must admit I prefer plain and simple documentary. I love hill walking and messing about in boats, stargazing, real ale, proper English food and animals of all shapes and sizes. Trying to figure out the meaning of it all, but having some fun on the way.
