I spent a great day in London last week, my first visit for about 7 years. I visited the British Museum and Tate Modern, which had a stunning exhibition by Rothko.

While discovering London I was surprised by the number of joggers; all shapes, sizes and speeds, the paths around the River Thames were full of them. One thing I noticed was none of them looked happy; so has anyone ever seem a happy jogger?
