When I'm not playing with my 2 young children, I lecture in Project Management at UCD Smurfit Graduate School of Business in Dublin, where I'm also researching a PhD in the factors affecting charity growth in Ireland. I run a management consultancy - LearningTalk Ltd, do some work with Pieta House, Ireland's only Centre for the prevention of self-harm & suicide (www.pieta.ie), and a bit of singing. To relax I love digital photography (see www.joehoughtonphotography.ie) which I also teach with the Institute of Photography. I'm also active in St Andrew's Church of Ireland in Lucan.
