Had a trip over the Alps on my first reader assignment with Practical Photography 1992, to Chateau D'Oex international balloon festival. It was a competition sponsored by Motorola. I met some really nice winners and took two flights.

We went up this morning!! Words cannot really describe how wonderful it was. I will definately go up again one day.

It was cancelled again!

Gosh!! It's nearly Tuesday week already!! We've got to phone late tonight to see if we are up-up-and-away tomorrow. Here's keeping my fingers crossed!

Ho Hum!! It was cancelled last night. It's too windy. Never mind, the next booked date is Tuesday week............so I've still got something to look forward to.

It must have been wonderful to do a Safari in one!

I have been up twice now first time in egypit the second time was in Kenya on the Massa Marri. They have been both voted on 100 things you must do before you die. I think both are in top 20.
If anyone goes to these areas please try it....

I haven't been in one yet, but Mum-in-Law is taking me and a Sister-in-Law up in one on 3rd October (if the weather permits!). I am ssssoooo excited, I really can't wait!
