Courgette soup

Dice an onion and fry it lightly in a pan.
Add 3 diced courgettes roughtly chopped.
Add half pint of water and a veg stock cube and boil gently until courgette is cooked..
Then liquidize and add back to pan.
Enjoy with bread.
You can add more water if you want and crem fresh as an option when soup is in the bowl. I like it as a tick soup.. It is warming.
