A fun way of donating to a good cause is to go to www.freerice.com where you can test your vocabulary and the better you do, the more rice is donated by sponsors to the United Nations World Food Program. It is good for your language skills, and good for your fellow human beings!
Another personal favourite is www.theanimalrescuesite.com where you can click a button every day and have sponsors donate extra for food and care for animals in need. This site has 5 other tabs at the top of the page for buttons that work in the same way. These are for the Rain Forest site where a click donates to habitat protection, the Literacy site where a click donates books, the Child Health site for healthcare, the Breast Cancer site for mammograms and the Hunger site for food.
